Ahead in Health Nutrition and Lifestyle Centre is a unique and innovative nutrition and dietetics practice combining the expertise and experience of two Accredited Practising Dietitians – Liz Beavis and Milena Katz.

We are conveniently located in Randwick and Newtown, in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West of Sydney.

Ahead in Health dietitians are also embracing new technology by designing iPhone apps to help you on your quest for health.

Our first release is Food?Sick, an iPhone app for  

anyone who suspects food intolerances, to help you monitor your food intake and symptoms even when you are on the go!
